Who Are We?

The Alliance is a united network of community organizations committed to strengthening Black men, mentoring young boys, supporting fathers, and building healthier families throughout Memphis. By bringing together The Brotherhood B2M, Call 2 Men Memphis, and He’s My Brother & Associates, The Alliance combines leadership, experience, relationships, and resources to expand opportunities, address community challenges, and create lasting change for Black men and boys.
Our Mission
Our mission is to cultivate strength and unity in our community by providing the resources and platforms needed for youth to thrive and lead. Our goal is to empower the next generation of African American leaders through strategic partnerships and community-driven programs.  We must come together as a community and pour our resources and our energy into the future of our youth.

Our Leadership
The Alliance is led by Mr. Teryl Buford (Call 2 Men, Incorporated), Pastor Kenneth Harris (He's My Brother and Associates) and Mr. Curtis Weathers (The Brotherhood B2M)—three dedicated leaders united by a shared passion for strengthening Black men, mentoring black boys, and uplifting families. Together, they bring vision, experience, faith, and a deep commitment to service, providing the leadership needed to turn purpose into action and create lasting change throughout Memphis.

He’s My Brother is a community-based organization dedicated to strengthening the bonds between fathers and sons through mentoring, positive engagement, and meaningful shared experiences.

The organization encourages fathers to be present, involved, and intentional while helping boys develop the confidence, character, responsibility, and life skills needed to become successful young men.

Mr. Curtis Weathers, President, The Brotherhood B2M
The Brotherhood B2M is a mentoring organization committed to guiding and empowering boys ages 11–18 through positive male relationships, leadership development, education, and meaningful life experiences.

The organization helps young men build the confidence, character, discipline, and skills needed to become responsible, productive, and successful adults.

Call 2 Men Memphis is a community-based organization dedicated to uplifting, supporting, and advocating for Black men and boys throughout Memphis.
